 What a fabulous weekend of skill sharing! This was a very busy festival, with lots of new people coming to learn new techniques and share stories. Thanks to all who were involved in making the weekend happen.

Our festival features local weavers who donate their time to sharing their knowledge and skills. Entry to the festival is by donation and any profits go into our "Childrens Art Trust Fund". To date this trust has sponsored our local Youth Leading the World Congress and Children's Art projects.

Weave and Mend is organised by Wednesday Women Weavers who have been meeting to weave weekly since 2000. Weave and Mend is sponsored by the Nimbin Community Centre, Nimbin School of Arts, Treefellas, The Nimbin Goodtimes and the Nimbin Hemp Embassy.
